• Good communication skills are mandatory

For CL 11 (Experienced):

• Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience
• Graduate (B.Tech / BE not eligibleas)
• Good communication skills are mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate information gathering and resolution
• Perform content moderation tasks.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Adhere to company policies and shift schedules

Work Details:

• Shift: 247 rotational shifts
• Working Days: 5 days a week (2 rotational offs)

Compensation:

• (Freshers): 3.1 LPA (up to 2000 incentives)
• (Experienced): 4.3 LPA (up to 2000 incentives)
• Cab Facility for Both Sides
