Technical Lead - I/ II -Java React @ UST

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java React AWS Developer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications on AWS, while collaborating across onsite and offshore teams in a SAFe Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices architecture)

Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React.js

Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS

Participate in PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration under SAFe methodology

Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews

Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and DevOps practices

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development

Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, CloudFormation, etc.)

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.) Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Understanding of containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS)

Agile development experience, preferably in SAFe Agile Framework

Desired Skills:

Experience in onsite-offshore delivery models

Knowledge of OAuth2 / JWT-based authentication

Exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK stack)

Familiarity with GraphQL and TypeScript

Experience in test automation frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Cypress)

Experience Level:

Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in full-stack development Prior experience in enterprise-grade product development is highly preferred

Experience working in SAFe Agile teams and global delivery environments
