Kronos Developer @ IT SERVICE

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and develop Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) / Workforce Dimensions (WFD) applications, including timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, and attendance modules.
  
• Develop and maintain interfaces/integrations between Kronos and other enterprise systems (HR, Payroll, ERP).
  
• Create and customize HyperFind queries, reports, and data views.
  
• Manage Kronos configuration activities pay rules, work rules, shift templates, and labor level configurations.
  
• Develop API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and leverage Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for data exchange.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and performance problems.
  
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  
• Perform system testing, upgrades, and patch validation.
  
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance, and system documentation.
  
• Provide technical support and end-user training for Kronos applications.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  
• 38 years of experience in Kronos Workforce Management systems (WFC 7.x/8.x or WFD/UKG Dimensions).
  
• Hands-on experience in:
  
• Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
  
• Kronos API / Interface development
  
• Kronos Configuration and Rules setup
  
• HyperFind queries, Genies, and Dataviews
  
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
  
• Experience with Kronos setup for complex pay and scheduling rules.
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments preferred.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UKG Dimensions (WFD) and Dell Boomi / UKG Integration Hub.
  
• Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) hosting Kronos environments.
  
• Experience integrating Kronos with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
  
• UKG / Kronos certification preferred.
