Job Description:
- The Krber High-Rise Warehouse Management Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining solutions within the Krber (formerly HighJump) Warehouse Management System (WMS), specifically tailored for high-rise warehouse environments.
- This role supports warehouse automation, system integration, and operational optimization through technical development and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement custom workflows, interfaces, and modules within Krber WMS.
- Develop and maintain scripts, APIs, and extensions to enhance WMS functionality.
- Configure WMS for high-rise warehouse operations including location setup, picking logic, and automation integration.
- Integrate WMS with ERP systems, robotics, RFID, PLCs, and other enterprise tools.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including production support and incident management.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, IT teams, and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and user guides.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and testing.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory 3-5 years of experience in Krber (HighJump) WMS development.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field.
- Proficiency in HighJump development tools such as WebWise Page Editor and Advantage Architect.
- Strong SQL skills including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
- Experience with SSRS reporting and Visual Studio/IIS preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to travel and support off-hours as needed.
