Job Description
- As a Process Developer at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire value chain related to Purchase Order Management, Reporting, AP Issue Resolution & Fulfillment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Issuing Purchase Orders based on the demands or Purchase Requisitions received from the requestors. - Driving Order Acknowledgement & Order Fulfillment in alignment with the Need Date or the Promise Date by closely collaborating with the supplier, logistics, and fulfillment teams. - Managing order priorities by pulling-in or pushing-out orders as per urgency and updating the ERP system accordingly. - Ensuring strict adherence to KPIs and business SLAs. - Assisting suppliers in resolving any outstanding invoices. - Collaborating with suppliers and various business functions like Warehouse, Sourcing, Quality, and Finance to address any Material Discrepancy efficiently and drive fulfillment to prevent shipping delays. - Preparing and reporting your own KPIs and SLAs. Qualifications we seek in you: - Minimum 1 year of procurement experience, particularly in the Manufacturing Sector. - Strong personality with an analytical mindset. - Good interpersonal skills and a team player. - Basic understanding of Sourcing & Procurement processes in the Manufacturing industry, with experience in handling procurement of direct and indirect materials being preferred. - Basic experience in MS-Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Please note that the job location is in India-Bangalore, and it is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent degree.,
