- Role Overview: You have the opportunity to join Genpact as a Lead Consultant for SAP Production Planning. In this role, you will be responsible for working on various processes within SAP PP, such as Make-to-Order, Make-to-Stock Discrete, SFC, Planning strategies, MRP, SOP, Order creation, scheduling, release, confirmations, Serial number management, Equipment creation, and Status management repetitive manufacturing, and Master data. Your experience in SAP PP on both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA will be valuable as you configure production planning and quality management master data, sales and operation planning, distributed resource planning material requirement planning, Shop floor execution, capacity planning, planning strategies, repetitive manufacturing, and KANBAN. You will also be involved in full life cycle implementation and supporting big SAP S4 HANA implementations. Additionally, you should have knowledge of interfaces, integration with other modules, and excellent presentation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Work on all main processes of SAP PP on both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA - Configure production planning and quality management master data - Engage in sales and operation planning, distributed resource planning material requirement planning, and Shop floor execution - Participate in full life cycle implementation and support big SAP S4 HANA implementations - Demonstrate good presentation and communication skills - Collaborate closely with the business to prepare data for pilot and full implementations - Facilitate mock and final cutovers for the manufacturing stream - Communicate leadership about progress, risks, and required assistance - Knowledge in PM is a plus Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualifications: - Graduation in B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Excellent Communication skills - Configurator experience in SAP PP - Knowledge of S4 HANA Additional Company Details: Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a workforce of over 125,000 individuals in 30+ countries.
