Job Description
- As a Senior Principal Consultant - Oracle Project Manager at Genpact, you will be responsible for project management activities for a SCM project, requiring knowledge and understanding of the WMS and Finance modules. Your role involves partnering with customers to understand strategies, challenges, and goals, along with coordinating with multiple teams and external providers for successful project completion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with customers to understand strategies, challenges, and goals - Demonstrate strong executive presence and superior communication skills for effective pre-sales and project execution - Design solutions for various industries like Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance, etc. - Manage and coordinate the project end to end, ensuring successful completion - Coordinate with external providers and handle Workday integration execution - Manage ERP projects and provide support for full SDLC lifecycle **Qualifications Required:** - BE/MBA/M.Tech qualification - Experience in managing Implementation Projects in Financials and Procurement - ERP Project management experience for full SDLC lifecycle - Good knowledge of Oracle EBS Modules - Finance / PA / SCM - Understanding of business processes and experience in ERP Implementation, Support, Enhancements, and Upgrade projects This role is based in India-Hyderabad and requires a full-time commitment at a Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent education level.
