- 810+ years of experience in cash application or AR within a FinTech or BFSI environment.
- Deep expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Order to Cash (O2C) SME FinTech Domain
Role Summary: The O2C SME will be responsible for overseeing the entire Order to Cash lifecycle, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep domain knowledge and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: - Own and optimize the O2C process: order management, billing, collections, and cash application.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve DSO and cash flow.
- Resolve escalated issues related to billing disputes, credit holds, and collections.
- Partner with sales, finance, and IT teams to align O2C processes with business needs.
- Lead system implementations and upgrades related to O2C.
- Provide SME-level guidance during audits and compliance reviews.
- 810+ years of experience in O2C operations, preferably in FinTech or BFSI.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, billing systems, and collections strategies.
- Expertise in ERP platforms and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated leadership in process transformation and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Role Summary: The Benefits and Risk Compliance SME will lead the development and enforcement of compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. This role is critical in managing operational risk and maintaining a strong control environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement risk and compliance programs aligned with FinTech regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
- Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., AML, KYC, GDPR) and update policies accordingly.
- Collaborate with legal, HR, and finance teams to ensure enterprise-wide compliance.
- Lead training programs and awareness initiatives for compliance best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
- 810+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit in FinTech or BFSI.
- In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, SOX, GDPR).
- Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CISA, ICA) preferred.
