Job Description

Supervise accounting team and daily operations (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger).

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.

Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Coordinate with auditors and support tax filings.

Implement process improvements and accounting system enhancements.
-
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
-
5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
-
Proficient in Excel; good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
