About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment to join our HR team. This role demands a deep understanding of hiring practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding the right candidate.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on skill set, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards regularly.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with HR and business teams for offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end hiring, preferably in IT/Consulting/Services industries.
  • Strong in stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model 3 days from the Airoli office.
