Job Description

Hiring for HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Kolkata
Mode: Work from Office (5.5 Days Working)
Timings: 10 AM 7 PM
Experience: 02 Years (Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome)
Joiners: Immediate

Mandatory Requirements

Strong focus on Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Must have experience (if any) in end-to-end recruitment within a Recruitment Agency / BPO / Domestic or Bulk Hiring environment.

Ideal Candidate

1+ year of experience in a Small or Mid-Sized Recruitment Agency (Freshers with good English communication skills are also welcome).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Strong analytical understanding of the recruitment process.
Creative thinker with an ability to find innovative hiring solutions.
Comfortable making and attending candidate calls daily.
Hands-on experience or familiarity with Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.).
