Eligibility:

• Graduate / Undergraduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in US / UK shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Hike is based on drawn CTC and also Interview Score

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and empathetically
2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
3. Ensure first-call resolution and maintain service quality
4. Document all interactions in CRM systems
5. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments
6. Meet daily performance metrics (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction)
7. Adhere to process compliance and company standards
