About Position:
We are seeking a seasoned Genesys Cloud Solution Architect to lead the design, migration, and optimization of CCaaS platforms in a digital-first environment. This role is critical for driving transformation from legacy on-prem systems to modern cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do:
- Lead migration from Genesys Engage (on-prem) to Genesys Cloud (GCCX).
- Architect and implement CCaaS solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Optimize and enhance existing Genesys Cloud deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Design scalable technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Plan and communicate system architecture to development teams.
- Evaluate software/hardware options and recommend integration strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 10+ years in IT with strong CCaaS expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud (GCCX) and Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of CCaaS migration and modernization projects.
- Proficiency in Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, third-party tools/packages).
- Familiarity with contact center KPIs, metrics, and customer experience best practices.
- Ability to plan, design, and deliver scalable solutions while mentoring teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
