International Non-Voice Process (BPO) Hybird

Work Mode: Hybird

Shifts: 24/7 Rotational (5 working days with 2 rotational week offs)

Job Description:

Sutherland is looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills for an International Non-Voice (Chat Support) role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage chat-based support for international customers
Provide timely and accurate responses
Maintain quality and productivity standards

Eligibility:

Graduates or Undergraduates with valid certificates
Pursuing candidates are not eligible
Must reside within 25 km of the Hyderabad office
Immediate joiners only

Salary: 2,50,000
