Omega Healthcare - Team Lead - HYD
Role Overview
NOTE: WE are looking only for HOSPITAL BILLING EXPERIENCE.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Performance & Behavior
- Monitor and address performance, behavior, and attendance issues.
- Handle disciplinary actions and escalate serious concerns to the Operations Manager.
- Technical & Process Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Denial Management.
- Familiarity with Epic Software and UB04 claim forms.
- Understand client requirements and project specifications.
- Team Development
- Conduct annual performance reviews with the Ops Manager.
- Identify training needs and ensure team members are properly trained.
- Provide expert guidance to Team Handling.
- Daily Operations
- Review daily reports and give feedback.
- Conduct daily team briefings and communicate updates clearly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that service level agreements are met under the supervision of the Ops Manager.
- Approve team leave requests via the ERP system.
- Issue Resolution
- Resolve escalated customer issues and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the main contact for team members' job-related needs.
- Manage employee separations per company policy.
- Compliance & Administration
- Complete all client-required training and maintain records.
- Follow company policies and procedures strictly.
- Support in hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
- Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Any graduate can apply
- Location: HYERABAD
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant Experience in HOSPITAL BILLING and 1 year of Experience as Team Lead - ON Paper.
- Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, and Team Management Skills
- Proven multi-stakeholder management experience
- Strong Project and Client Management experience
