Change Management & Training Required Skills & Experience Technical Knowledge Familiarity with Gen AI concepts: LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering Understanding of Azure OpenAI services and deployment workflows Basic Python literacy to interpret chatbot logic and API payloads Experience with tools like Postman, JIRA, Confluence, and Miro Business Acumen Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in enterprise environments (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, retail) Ability to translate abstract AI capabilities into tangible business value Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Agile mindset and experience working in Scrum teams
