Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers. Provide support for queries related to products, services, or accounts. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Meet daily performance targets including call quality.
Requirements: Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Ability to work night shifts and rotational hours.
