HR Catalogue is an end-to-end HR services company based in Ahmedabad. We are urgently looking to hire 2 HR professionals for our recruitment as well as HR Outsourcing vertical.
Number of Openings: 2
Experience Required: 0-4 years (Freshers may also apply)
Salary Range: Depends on Experience (Freshers: 15K pm - Experienced: 35K pm)
Office Location: Vastrapur
Client Locations: Prahladnagar, Sindhubhavan Road, SG Highway
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support the full employee lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, people handling, and hands-on execution across day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and track interview status.
Onboarding & Documentation
- Handle joining formalities, induction, and orientation programs.
- Create and maintain employee files, records and HRIS data.
- Manage letters Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Internship, Relieving, etc.
Payroll & Attendance Coordination
- Track attendance, leaves, and update monthly attendance sheets.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission to Finance.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan birthday/anniversary acknowledgements and engagement activities.
- Support internal events, celebrations, activities, and surveys.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain HR policies and ensure smooth implementation.
- Support performance review cycles and maintain appraisal records.
- Handle HR emails, grievance support and employee query resolution.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills English + local language.
- Strong coordination & follow-up skills.
- MS Excel proficiency (Vlookup, Pivot, etc).
- Attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Professional communication & confidentiality.
