Drive Personal Loan sales through cross-sell to existing customers across the assigned cluster.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the cluster.
Monitor and improve branch-level performance through regular reviews and coaching.
These include managing multiple sales managers, driving cross-sell PL growth, and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
Responsible for providing guidance and mentorship to all Sales teams, building and maintaining strong relationships with all staff members, and monitoring and evaluating key performance metrics while taking proactive measures to address staff issues
Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Officers or Sales Executives.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance appraisals.
Motivate the team to deliver high productivity and maintain morale.
Customer Engagement
Identify cross-sell opportunities from the banks existing customer base.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively
