Scrum Master

Job Summary:

Drive Agile delivery for software development teams by ensuring proper sprint planning, tracking, and collaboration. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Key Requirements:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Ensure sprint goals, backlog refinement, and story estimations.

Track team velocity and remove delivery blockers.

Manage Jira boards and maintain sprint hygiene.

Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.

Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for alignment.

Support multiple teams if required across Java/GenAI projects.

Must-Have Skills:

8-12 years overall experience, with at least 4 years as Scrum Master.

Strong working knowledge of Agile tools (Jira/Confluence).

Preferred Skills:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM). Experience with distributed teams and GenAI projects.
