Experience: Freshers / Experienced Recruiters (Non-IT hiring preferred)
Location: Indiranagar / BTM Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple MNC clients (Insurance /BFSI/Tech /Non Tech Roles ).
  
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
  
• Post job requirements, screen profiles, and schedule interviews.
  
• Coordinate with candidates and ensure smooth interview experience.
  
• Achieve closures within defined TAT and maintain hiring reports.
