Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates:
Utilize various job boards, networks, and social media platforms to advertise open positions.
Screening & Shortlisting:
Review resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via video calls.
Coordination:
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding Assistance:
Assist in the preparation of CTC & offer letters and other documentations.
Collaborate with HO HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Database Management:
Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are logged and tracked in SAP.(Success Factor)
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with trends in recruiting, introducing new tools and practices when beneficial.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong decision-making skills
