Job Role: Technical Support Associate

Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

CTC: As per industry standards

Shift: US Rotational Shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to international customers via chat, email, or call.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, operating systems, and Microsoft applications/products (e.g., Outlook, Windows, Teams, Office 365).
  
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively within defined SLAs.
  
• Escalate complex problems to higher support levels when necessary.
  
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and clear communication.
  
• Log and document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
  
• Stay updated with product knowledge and technical processes.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.E / B.Tech / BCA Freshers can apply
  
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  
• Willing to work in US rotational shifts
