Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Executive with 34 years of hands-on experience in managing affiliate partnerships, executing performance-based marketing campaigns, and driving revenue through affiliate networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate platforms like CJ, Avangate, etc., and possess the ability to grow affiliate programs strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow affiliate partner relationships to drive traffic and revenue.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
- Optimize existing affiliate campaigns by analyzing performance and ROI.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track KPIs and take corrective action.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop affiliate marketing assets.
- Coordinate with finance for timely tracking and commission payouts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies in affiliate marketing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Commission Junction (CJ).
- Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and result-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the software or SaaS domain.
- Prior success in scaling affiliate programs across global markets.
- Familiarity with tracking tools and fraud prevention systems.
