Job Description
About the Position:
We are seeking a talented and driven SEO Executive with a strong focus on backlinking to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have around 3 years of experience and a proven track record of building high-quality backlinks. In addition to link-building, this role will involve a variety of other SEO tasks to support our overall digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Link Building Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive high authority backlinking strategy to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Guest Post Outreach: Identify and build relationships with high-authority websites, blogs, and influencers for guest posting, link insertions, and other link-building opportunities.
- Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to create linkable assets and distribute them effectively.
- Technical & On-Page SEO: Assist with on-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor backlink profiles to identify new opportunities.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink growth.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep current with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an SEO role with a strong emphasis on link building.
- Must be a certified SEO professional (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or other recognized SEO certifications).
- In-depth knowledge of various link-building techniques, including broken link building, resource page link building, and digital PR.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English communication
- Must be a team player with the ability to blend in a global work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and support roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks for sourcing.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and shortlisting of candidates.
- Initiate background verification, prepare and release LOI, offer letters
- Facilitate timely joining and ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for new hires.
Campus Hiring
- Execute campus recruitment drives in respective regions
- Build relationships with colleges, universities and training institutions.
- Represent Pinnacle Infotech in recruitment drives viz, job fairs and walk-in drives.
Recruitment Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Manage candidate pipeline, interview logistics, and hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and smooth candidate experience.
- Track hiring metrics and share recruitment MIS with leadership.
Qualification/Experience requirements
- MBA / PG in Human Resources or equivalent.
- B. Tech graduate preferred
- 2 4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT/Engineering).
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, HRMS, and MS Office.
