Lead Functional Consultant @ Infinite

Job Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Convergent Mediation across implementation, conversion, enhancement, and support projects.
• Design and configure mediation scenarios for data collection, transformation, aggregation, and enrichment.
• Integrate SAP CM with S/4HANA BRIM modules including SOM, CI, CC, and FI-CA.
• Handle high-volume data processing from multiple sources, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Conduct business requirements analysis and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead technical workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans for mediation components including unit, system, and performance testing.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and post-go-live support.

• Strong understanding of BRIM architecture and components (SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA).
• Experience with Mediation Zone, DigitalRoute, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, SOAP/REST APIs, and middleware integration.
• Expertise in data transformation, rating, charging, and rerating processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with telecom or utility billing models.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services.
