Job Description

As a U.S. Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely federal and state income tax returns for individuals, estates, and exempt organizations. This role requires a understanding of U.S. tax regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to follow client-specific instructions. You will work closely with reviewers and team leads to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency throughout the tax preparation process.

About The Role

Experience on US tax return preparation.
Freshers or min 1 year is needed.
Education - B.com, M.com, Accounting and finance.
Coordinate with internal staff and end-users to address concerns and requirements.
Respond promptly to reported issues and provide effective resolutions.
Achieve assigned targets and goals with accuracy and efficient planning.

About You

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Moderate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations is an advantage.
Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Good analytical and decision-making abilities. Quick learner with adaptability to new challenges.
Willingness to work extended hours and on holidays, as required.
