Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Officer to manage the companys financial operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and maintaining accurate accounting records to support organizational goals and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
Monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets and financial controls.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as required.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and statutory requirements.
Support management in preparing MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
Assist in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures for efficiency and transparency.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
35 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and taxation.
