  • About the Role
  • Provide timely and data-driven reports to senior and high-level management for decision-making.
  • Automate recurring TA tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with TA team leads on strategic projects involving new tools, platform transitions, AI-driven solutions, and process optimization.
  • Streamline workflows and communication between TA sub-teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. We at Innovaccer are seeking a driven and creative Apprentice - Talent Acquisition Operations
  • Manage stakeholder communication and coordination to ensure smooth Talent Acquisition (TA) operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring data, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance in managing candidate and employee information.
  • Support research, evaluation, and implementation of hiring tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance TA systems, reporting accuracy, and overall candidate experience.
  • What You Need
  • Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) completed, with graduation completion between years 2020 and 2025.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including use of advanced formulas, data validation, and automation techniques.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and their use in integrating tools or automating workflows (preferred).
  • Experience or working knowledge of Power BI (or similar analytics platforms) for creating dashboards and visual reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outspoken and collaborative approach to working across multiple departments and stakeholders.
