Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter with 24 years of experience to manage Non-IT recruitment requirements.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates across various non-technical roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Maintain recruitment databases and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a TA / Recruiter (Non-IT focus preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Job location : Andheri (East), MIDC
Immediate to 15 days of notice period candidates preferred
