Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain call records and update CRM/database regularly.
Follow up with leads and ensure proper closure.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Good listening skills with proper telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection and work independently with minimal supervision
Job Timings: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
