Pega Decisioning Architect @ Coforge

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement Pega solutions for complex business problems, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage projects from initiation to delivery.
• Provide technical leadership on Pega implementation projects, including architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing code reviews, conducting unit tests, and participating in peer reviews.

Job Requirements :

• 11-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in Pega development (CDH).
• Strong understanding of Pega Platform 8.x/9.x features such as BPMN 2.0 process modeling language.
• Experience working on large-scale Pega implementations across multiple modules (e.g., Customer Service, Marketing Automation).
• Proven track record of successfully leading or contributing to complex software development projects.
