Job Description
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models to monitor SLAs, ticket trends, and partner-ecosystem performance.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from ServiceNow and other internal systems to uncover patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Translate complex data into clear business narratives and visual stories for executives and cross-functional teams.

- Power BI expertise : Building interactive dashboards, writing DAX queries and designing data models.
- ServiceNow exposure (reporting, data extraction or API use) - or strong willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages to handle large datasets. - Data-storytelling : able to convert numbers into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
