Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer experience management and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changes.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in using computer applications and software.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Experience working in a BPO or call center environment.
