Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Travel Process. The role involves handling customer queries related to airline bookings, cancellations, reissuance, and general travel support. Youll be part of a dynamic team delivering world-class service to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, chats, or emails) regarding airline and travel services.
  • Provide accurate information about flight schedules, fares, policies, and booking details.
  • Handle ticketing, rebooking, and refund processes efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem resolution.
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and productivity.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and good typing speed.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
