- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
