Job Description

Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.
Train advisors on company products, sales processes, and compliance norms.
Drive business through advisors to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Motivate and monitor advisors for consistent performance.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy persistency.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with the advisor team.
Maintain MIS reports and update sales records.
