Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the F&B department. This includes overseeing service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating with kitchen and service staff, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards. The role demands strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of restaurants, banquet (depending on property).
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and quality service.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards.
Assist in inventory control, ordering, and stock management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Train, schedule, and motivate team members to deliver consistent service.
Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback to the F&B Manager.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue reporting.
Promote up-selling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
Support planning and execution of events, promotions, and special functions.
