Two-way cab provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients
  
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
  
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  
• Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines
  

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English)
  
• Prior experience in international voice process (BPO/Call Center)
  
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Willingness to work night shifts
  

Education:

Any Graduate (Undergraduates with relevant experience may also apply)
