Job Description

Handle outbound/inbound verification calls professionally and efficiently.
Verify customer information accurately and ensure data integrity.
Maintain a high level of quality and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Required Candidate profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Contact Center / BPO Voice Process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
