As an AHS Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end journey of assigned sellers, serving as their dedicated point of contact. You'll ensure timely completion of requirements, provide clear guidance, and help sellers maintain a healthy account status on Amazon.

Who Can Apply?

Proficiency in Italian / German(B2/C1/C2 certification OR Advanced Diploma/Bachelors/Masters)
05 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
Any graduate meeting the above language criteria
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work rotational shifts

What You Will Do:

Serve as the primary interface between Amazon and our Selling Partners.
Handle inbound & outbound communication (up to 80% phone interactions).
Guide sellers on requirements and resolve account health concerns.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resolve complex cases.
