Job Description

About the Role

Join our lending team as a Live Underwriter. You'll evaluate loan applications, assess borrower creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with lending regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Review loan applications & financial docs
Analyze credit, income, tax returns & DTI ratios
Prepare underwriting summaries & recommend structures
Communicate decisions clearly to stakeholders
Reconcile accounts & prepare daily aging reports

Qualifications & Skills

HSC / Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
2-3 years underwriting experience (manufactured housing preferred)
Excellent communication & analytical skills
Typing speed: 25 WPM with 80% accuracy
