Job Description
Certification
All of the following certificate are not mandatory, but good to have
- ISO9001 training
- CMMI ATM training/ course completion
- Six Sigma green belt/ black belt
- Metrics Analysis
Primary Skills (Must have)
Good understanding of quality assurance methodology, industry standards, design and implementation of quality management systems.
Has good experience on implementation of quality management systems (QMS) in lines with ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, ITIL, Agile Methodologies.
Provide process consultancy independently for software development and services projects
Perform internal quality audits
Design and creation of organization process artefacts
Facilitate project teams in identifying issues and risks.
Perform root cause analysis
Conduct quality awareness training
Prepare project dashboard and monthly status reports.
Have experience in collecting and analysing metrics
Establish process performance baseline for org metrics
Analyze and evaluate org metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Have good knowledge on statistical process control
Establish org wide measurement processes/program
Work with project team to identify improvement opportunities and assist team to achieve the improvements
Conduct trainings on various topics of quality assurance and quality standards
Secondary skills (Good to have)
Six Sigma, ISO27001, TFS, JIRA, CMMI v2.0
Soft skills/other skills (If any)
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills, critical thinking/problem solving, leadership, professionalism/work ethic, teamwork/collaboration, and adaptability/flexibility, ability to train staff.
