Hiring for Aviation Process for our renowned client in Noida 4th Dec 25 - DOJ

Job Title: Customer Support Expert Domestic (Travel Domain)

CTC: 3.2 LPA

Educational Qualification: Undergraduates + Graduates ( Minimum 6 months Exp Customer Service/travel/Non travel Domain )

Work Schedule: 5 Days/week, Rotational Shifts & Week Offs

Location: Sector 142, Noida

Night Shift: Cab facility available one sided(Only in Night)

About the Role:

We are hiring passionate and customer-focused Experts for the Domestic Travel

Desk within the Travel/Airline/OTA segment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a

high-growth team providing exceptional customer support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Email & Chat support to travel customers, ensuring timely and

accurate resolution.

Assist with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, Fare Rule

Categories, and refund-related queries.

Adhere to company protocols to ensure quality service delivery.
Collaborate with team leads, SMEs, and support staff to achieve performance

targets.

Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance standards.

Minimum Screening Requirements (MSR):

Open Positions: Total 40 open positions (20 Email/20 Chat)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Contact Centre/Customer Service (Travel/Non Travel

domain preferred)

KRA (Key Result Areas):
Assist customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations,

Fare Rule Categories, and refund-related queries.
