Job Description
Role : Dy Manager / Manager - Finance & Accounts
Location : Colaba
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall accounting operations in alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to management.
- Coordinate with project teams for effective financial planning, budget utilization, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and perform variance analysis against actuals.
- Monitor and resolve GST mismatch line items and ensure compliance with GST requirements.
- Ensure timely deposition of TDS on a monthly basis and filing of TDS returns as per statutory deadlines.
- Conduct 26AS and GST-TDS reconciliations on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the SAP team to develop, review, and improve financial reports from the SAP system.
- Oversee vendor payments and payable management, with a special focus on MSME vendors.
- Handle bank reconciliation and banking transactions at the Head Office level.
- Ensure adherence to company accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in SAP FICO and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, taxation (TDS/GST), and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
