Hiring Now: Fresher Technical Support (Chat Process)
Role: Technical Support (Non-Voice Chat Process)
Work Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotational off)
Transport:
- One-way cab provided
- Women: Free cab (one way)
- Men: 75 per ride (one way)
Salary: 21,000 Take Home

Eligibility:
- Only Graduates (must hold all 6 semester mark cards).
- 2025 passed-outs: PDC (Provisional Degree Certificate) is mandatory before joining.
- Good communication and typing skills are a must.
- Technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues preferred.
- Only candidates from Bangalore are eligible.
- Preference for candidates residing near BTM Layout for easy office access.
- Immediate joiners only.

- Non-Voice AMCAT Test
- Non-Voice Versant Test
- Operations Round (Ops)
Job Role Highlights:
- Handle customer queries through chat (no voice support).
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for client products.
