Position /Role/ Designation: Manager (Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Coimbatore/Mumbai/Trichy)
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Manager to join our Business Intelligence team, specializing in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for development, implementation, and optimization of BI solutions that drive actionable insights and support informed decision-making within the healthcare revenue cycle processes.
The BI position will give you the following opportunities
- Chance to learn new skills such as cleaning, analyzing, interpreting, and displaying data using different approaches
- uncovering key insights that lead to better-informed and successful decision-making
- Opportunity to learn the transformation of raw data into meaningful statistics, information, and explanations
Key Responsibilities:
- Building data collection from various system software/platform and analytics capabilities to uncover customer, product, and operational insights
- Connecting with operations leads to understanding business needs and the scope of improvement
- Analyzing data sources and proposing solutions such as dashboards, automatic tools, and formulated workflows to strategic planning problems on a one-time or periodic basis
- Providing data-driven decision support by doing daily/weekly/Monthly reconciliations, deficiency reports, inventory volume, and trends
- Developing analytics models and insights through presentations and reports for the Operations team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 10+ Years experience in RCM Industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including patient access, coding, billing, collections, and denial management
- Should have the multiple specialty exposure, ED, EM IP & OP, Clinics, Surgery, denial management, Anesthesia, IP DRG, Rad & Pathology
- Should be certified from AAPC or AHIMA
