Hiring For: Domestic BPO
Role: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
Work Days: 6 Days Working
Shift: Day Shift
Gender: Female Candidates Only
Languages Required: Telugu, Hindi & English
Eligibility:
Education: MBA (HR) Freshers can apply
Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment (BPO hiring preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic BPO roles.
Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipeline and daily recruitment trackers.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Skills Required:
Good communication in Telugu, Hindi & English
Knowledge of sourcing methods (Job portals, social media, referrals)
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Confident, proactive and organized
