Job Description

Profile- HR Officer

Industry- Retail

Department- HR Operations

Eligibility-

1) Education Qualification- MBA/PGDM degree from a recognised institution (any specialisation).

2) Experience- Min 8-12 years of experience in an HR role (HR Operations).

3) Age- Up to 32 Year

Employment Type- Full Time

Job Location- Bhopal,Raipur ( All over In M.P.&C.G)

(Candidate must be ready to relocate any where in M.P.& C.G)

Skills-

Strong understanding of HR operations, administration, and generalist activities.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, and statutory compliance for employees.
Handle employee grievances and engagement activities to maintain a positive work environment.
Ensure timely completion of HR generalist activities such as recruitment, on boarding, and off boarding processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee-related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance.
