Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle international calls from clients across various countries, including US.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Work on rotational shifts, with a mix of day and night shifts available.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in an international call center or similar environment.
  • Excellent English language proficiency (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
